Who We Are

We see ourselves as a people of purpose and passion committed to the reality of God's presence in our lives. We have all come from different walks of life and from different circumstances and backgrounds. On the outside, we are distinguished by our physical features and differentiated by our skin tones and mother tongues. But in our hearts, we are all united by our undying love for God's Truth and in our everlasting belief in each other.

The love that God has weaved us all together with as a church makes it easy for us to express the same warmth and friendliness towards others.

We truly attempt to communicate the heart of God by bringing healing and wholeness to the lives that we come into contact with. We live our Christianity; we do not merely talk about it. We actively seek to serve one another in truth and in love. We believe in the absolute Truth of the Bible and seek to live by Its principles. It is not our desire to judge others for their beliefs or their past failures.

We strive to demonstrate the Truth of God's Word and His never-ending loving kindness by becoming living examples. We openly express our faith and commitment to Christ and encourage all who attend Tabernacle of Joy to be genuine examples of Christ to the world by living in His Truth in everything that we do.
