Scripture praying for those that are dealing with doubts.
DOUBTING GOD
Heavenly Father, today I pray the power of your perfect word to remove any doubts about you that _______________ might have. Your way is perfect and your word is proven. Use your Holy Spirit to impart your perfection to __________________ and to remove any doubts that he/she may have now or at any time in his/her life. Help him/her more than ever to believe and not doubt. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
God, in accordance with your Word…
As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him. Psalm 18:30
Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, That it cannot save; Nor His ear heavy, That it cannot hear. Isaiah 59:1
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9
Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things that are not yet done, Saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, And I will do all My pleasure,’ Calling a bird of prey from the east, The man who executes My counsel, from a far country. Indeed I have spoken it; I will also bring it to pass. I have purposed it; I will also do it. Isaiah 46:10-11
And do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind. For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that you need these things. But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you. Luke 12:29-31

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17
Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy. 1 Peter 4:12-13
