Five-Fold Sundays
Dear Tabernacle of Joy,
Had a magnificent day yesterday in the house of God with the Elliott's and Stuart's. It was simply an amazing service. The entirety of the five-fold ministry visited the service. The gifts were in operation, prophecy was given by one office (a young prophetess) emphatically stating that the way to fight a spiraling weak economy was with sacrificial giving. Another office (pastor) steps up to emphasize the importance of responding NOW. Gives clear instruction of how to respond, then leads by example in response resulting in a six thousand cash plus offering taken in the last ten minutes the service.
This was all after a blanketing presence of God during the worship service where everyone in the House responded in love and worship. Followed still by forty-five minutes of preaching by Bishop Willoughby. Who stood the whole time (first time since surgery, has ministered setting but not standing). Bishop Willoughby (apostle) was seen several times though out the service doing the "Freddie" especially after Sis. Barb (evangelist on this day) came and got him and they prayed Jim a very shy middle age man through to the Holy Ghost in the back of the church. Then came Bro. Olmstead an eighty-five year old saint who was twice healed of cancer the first time in his forties. He boldly came up to pronounce healing on Bishop and proceeded to lay hands calling on Pastor Elliott, Bishop Stuart, and Elder Jim to join him. Sis. Barb claimed his prayer, his testimony as she has promised God for several years that if God would give us strength and health that we would still be dancing at eighty-five and beyond.
Saints moved in concert with a new sovereign move of God out of which flowed tongues and interpretation. Thus leading to what I spoke about in the first paragraph.
Visitors which included a visiting Spanish language non-apostolic missionary stayed for the entire service including the strong words about money and finances. When visitors stay and participate in a service ending offering it is a "God thing" for sure. After the service two people approached Bishop Willoughby with visions given during the service concerning his and Sis. Barb's sickness. One was the visiting Spanish missionary and the other was a young wife, a lay leader in Faith Tab. Both visions were clearly from God, giving light and understanding, revealing a piece of the puzzle. The visions will be shared later at a strategic moment as a piece of the action and response that is soon to take place.
I am presently in NYC enjoying early morning prayer and writing this to you. I go in a couple of hours for my second radiation treatment. Let it suffice to say the first one was a trying ordeal but today will be much better. The great news is that I am beginning to experience an incremental reduction in the numbness in my right hand which medically should not be happening until four to six weeks down the road. I have had absolutely no symptoms of tiredness or nausea from either the chemo or the first radiation.
Bro. Stuart, the bishop of Faith Tabernacle filled the office of teacher when called upon he added enlightenment about submission, a part of of Bro. Will's message.
In praise of Bishop Stuart, he is the only six star caregiver I know, besides Sis. Lillian. He brought us by train to NYC yesterday and will accompany me for treatment this morning. Our extraordinarily faithful friends the "Jones" arrive later today to accompany me to my radiation appointments the rest of the week so Sis. Bishop doesn't have to walk on her painful "chemo" feet. Though her feet are painful it is minimal compared to times past she says. For a person with a normal threshold of pain like me that is interpreted I'm strong enough to push though the pain that would have you immobilized. Sincerely we give praise for His abundant blessings.
He the Lord God of heaven and earth, the Lord of Hosts, whose name is Jesus is wondrous and faithful in all his ways.
Blessings,
Bro. Will
PS - Oh I almost forgot. Sunday morning Bishop Stuart awoke early with an acute attack of gout which he has not had in years. Coincidence I'm sure. He goes to the emergency room to get a steroid shot because he doesn't want to stop being my six star caregiver. During the service Jesus said have the church pray for him (he never told them he was in terrible pain). They did. Five minutes later he had no pain and was absolutely totally healed. He came up onto the platform to testify. I took his hand. He did his jig while I did my best "Freddie" ever.
